Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when Motherhoodlikely LLC will issue a refund and how to cancel the all-access membership. It applies to all purchases made on motherhoodlikely.com and shop.motherhoodlikely.com.

2. Online Courses and Curriculum

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course or curriculum (measured by lessons or modules marked complete, or by total content viewed, whichever is greater).

  • Refunds requested after 14 days will not be issued.
  • Refunds requested when more than 25% of the course has been consumed will not be issued.
  • Once a refund is issued, your access to the course is revoked. You may not retain downloaded materials.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads (printables, ebooks, templates, audio files, and similar one-time delivered products) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used or shared the file in a way that defeats the purpose of the purchase. Because we cannot retrieve a downloaded file, we may decline a refund if we reasonably believe the file has been used or distributed.


4. All-Access Membership

Our only subscription is the all-access membership — a single recurring plan, billed through our payment processor (Stripe), that unlocks every printable in the shop while it is active. There are no other subscription tiers or trials. You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing orders@motherhoodlikely.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain full access through that date.
  • We do not prorate or refund the current billing period.
  • If you believe you were charged in error (for example, after you had already cancelled), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

5. Bundles and Promotions

When a course or download is sold as part of a bundle or limited-time promotion, the refund eligibility of the bundle is determined by the most-used item in it. If any one item in a bundle has been consumed beyond the 25% threshold, the bundle as a whole is not refundable.


6. How to Request a Refund

Email orders@motherhoodlikely.com from the email address used for the purchase. Include:

  • Your order number or the date of purchase.
  • The product you are requesting a refund for.
  • A brief reason for the request (helps us improve).

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.


7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account and revoke access to all purchased content while the dispute is open. We strongly prefer to resolve concerns directly — please email us before disputing a charge.


8. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund outside the windows above in cases of demonstrable technical failure that prevented you from accessing what you paid for, or duplicate charges. These decisions are case-by-case and do not create a right to a refund in other circumstances.
